Is it too late for us?

Many couples reach out after months or years of feeling stuck. There's no "too late" — what matters most is both partners' willingness to show up and engage in the process.

What if my partner isn't sure about therapy?

That's common, and it doesn't mean therapy won't work. We can talk through your partner's hesitations directly in your free consultation.

Is therapy fully virtual?

Yes — all sessions are delivered virtually, so you can access support from anywhere in Ontario without commuting.

Do you accept insurance?

Most extended health benefit plans that cover Registered Psychotherapists (RP) offer reimbursement. I'd recommend confirming your specific coverage with your provider, and I provide official receipts for claims.

What happens after I book the free consultation?

The 15-minute call is a chance for us to briefly talk through what's bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit — no pressure to commit on the call.

How long before we see progress?
